Agreement
By using TesTracker ("we", "us") you agree to these terms.
The service
TesTracker turns your Tesla trips into a map you unlock, with badges and leaderboards. It uses read only access granted through Tesla's official Fleet API and never controls your vehicle.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for connecting only vehicles you are authorized to access.
Safe driving
Never use TesTracker while driving. Obey all traffic laws.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices are shown before purchase, and you can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with its operation.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. Trip and location data may be incomplete or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using TesTracker and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
